Nicholas N. Khayumov

Nicholas N. Khayumov’s practice is focused on Elder Law, Trust and Estate Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Trust and Estate Litigation, Medicaid Planning, Guardianships, and Special Needs Planning.

Nicholas strives to build long-term relationships with individuals and families in order to truly counsel them with their legal needs throughout their lives. Nicholas stays current on prevailing issues in the legal environment and serves on the Executive Committee of the Elder Law & Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Nicholas received his Juris Doctor, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Adelphi University. He is licensed in New York and Connecticut and accredited with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Nicholas is a New York native and outside of the office, enjoys spending time with his family, and restoring collectible automobiles.
